REHABILITATION WORKS ON ACCESS FEEDER ROADS IN KALABO CENTRAL CONSTITUENCY TO START SOON

Rehabilitation works on the 3 kilometers stretch from the Junction of Nengu Bridge to Winela to start in a few weeks time.

This development was revealed during the Contract signing ceremony today and handover of site between Kalabo Town Council and World Link Three Limited who is the Contractor.

According to the contract, This project will see rehabilitation works being done from the Junction of the Kashitu Road at Puma Filling Station to the Bus Station area at Kashitu. The other stretch will also include the junction of Golden Lodge to Kalabo District Hospital and will connect to the main stretch from Nengu Bridge to Kalabo Trades Training Institute covering Winela.

The feeder road rehabilitation project will be done at a total cost of K3, 139,175.76 and will take a duration of 15 weeks.
