Kalabo Town Council is one of the Local Authorities in the Western part of Zambia and operates within the framework of the Law, deriving its mandate from the Local Government Act No. 2 of 2019, among other subsidiary laws. Our mandate is to provide services to the people within our locality through our local governance structure and a decentralized coordinated development approach aimed at improving the quality of life for all residents in the district.
